the front desk staff were friendly. maids accommodate english speakers and take care of room needs. they check in on you daily as long as there's no (do not disturb) sign present. maids were a little too thorough sometimes, as they tried to enter my room twice believing i was out for the day.

i noticed the maids could knock on the door a couple more times before using their master key, guests could be showering or asleep.

this hotel is just wow! the staff are so friendly, and my room was super clean. the rooftop pool is awesome and really beautiful. the location is perfect, close to everything and super convenient for getting around!

the air conditioner made just a tiny bit of noise.
